A Family Trip

At the end of last June 2020,We went on a trip to Nuwaraeliya. Our family members organized this trip. We leaved at home 6.00a.m.After that we reached Kandy at about 8.00a.m.We stopped near the Kandy lake and had our breakfast. After the few time, We went to the Dhalada Maligawa .We offered flowers and worshipped the Lord Buddha. At about 9.00am we proceeded to Nuwaraeliya. On our way, we visited Ambewela Milk Factory. Milk Factory is very beautiful and good quality milk powder is produced here.

On our way to Nuwaraeliya, we saw a number of attractive waterfalls. The climate in Nuwaraeliya was very cold .Nuwaraeliya is very beautiful place in Sri Lanka. We had to wear warm clothes there and we had our tea. We wanted to visit the Horton Plains. It was 18 miles away from the  Nuwaraeliya town. At about 1.00p.m.we could reach the Horton Plains. Horton Place is touching my heart. It is a very beautiful place. After that we had our lunch there. Then we  bought our tickets at the gate and entered the Horton Plains. The whole environment was covered with mist at the time. We walked the paths ,we saw various flowers, butterflies, birds, threes, water falls .After about half an hour we could reach the "World end''. It is a very beautiful and wonderful place. Then we visited the Baker's falls. The water of Baker's falls is very cold. Also we took lot of photos.

At about 6.00p.m.We started our return journey. We will never forgot this enjoyable trip .Anyway .I will go again one day.
